The mayen, which was completely renovated in 2023, stands at an altitude of 2100m, facing the highest peaks in the Valais Alps (Dent-Blanche, Dent d’Hérens) and the glaciers of the Haut val d’Hérens. At this altitude, it is the highest mayen in the valley. The windows and terrace offer breathtaking views. Completely renovated, the chalet has retained its original charm. There is a large bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bed in the living room and a mezzanine for several people.

Light is produced with solar energy. Due to the altitude and isolation, access is only guaranteed from Mai to October

Evolène: the perfect destination for hikers and mountain lovers. The Val d’Hérens remains one of the most unspoiled valleys in the Alps: nowhere in the valley will you see the huge condominium buildings or the mountain-sides defaced by overdeveloped ski-pistes that have become so common elsewhere. The Hérens Valley is still essentially agricultural, and the villages remain small, traditional, and strikingly picturesque. They are nestled among some of the highest mountains in the Alps, including the Dent Blanche, the Pigne d’Arolla and the Matterhorn, making the valley a perfect spot for both active and contemplative vacationers.

Magnifique situationL'Alp 2100 est un magnifique mayen situé dans un endroit de rêve. Malgré sa situation exclusive en montagne, l'équipement est étonnamment bon. Grâce à l'électricité solaire, un petit réfrigérateur, de l'eau chaude et un poêle à bois, rien ne manque. Le mayen est facilement accessible en voiture et il y a des places de parking juste à côté. Le propriétaire est extrêmement aimable, serviable et excellemment organisé. L'endroit est parfaitement adapté pour se détendre, profiter de la nature et entreprendre des randonnées en montagne ou des escalades vers les 3000 mètres et les lacs environnants.
